Terms of Service
At Aissa Sweets, freshness and quality are of paramount importance and all of our sweets are carefully handcrafted.
All of our products are made-to-order. We do not keep inventory of our sweets. For domestic orders, please allow us 3-4 business days for processing upon receipt of your order.
If you need your order to be processed sooner than our standard 3-4 business days, please contact us at (603) 856-8735. Expedited processing and shipping charges may apply.
When placing your order, especially as a gift for others, please note that all of our products are preservative-free and have a shelf life of approximately 4-6 weeks.
For both domestic and international orders, please provide a street address, as we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Be sure to include the appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery, and that someone is home to receive the order. For international shipping, see the international sales page to inquire about specific shipping and handling costs.
We want to make sure that we are able to accurately process your order. The details of your name, billing address, shipping address, and method of payment are critical. We cannot be responsible for errors in information that is provided to us. Costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you.
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Please photograph the exterior and interior of the shipping carton as well as its contents and email the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org upon receipt.
If you use the "Notes / Special Instructions" option when checking out to inform us of a specific date by which you would like your order to be delivered, please be sure to factor in our standard 3-4 day processing time, in addition to the estimated shipping time. We will process and ship your order in an attempt to satisfy your request, however, we are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, mechanical failures, or other factors beyond their control. We recommend choosing a delivery date that is early enough to allow for delays.
Aissa Sweets, LLC does not issue credit for shipping delays.
Please note all pricing is subject to change, depending on the time of year, as well as weight and location.
Due to concerns for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns.
We consider it a special privilege to serve our customers, and we have the utmost respect for your privacy.
None of the information you give us will be given to other companies for any reason, as it is used for the sole purpose of serving you, our customer.
